Prayer: Almighty God, you alone can bring into order the unruly wills and affections of sinners: Grant your people grace to love what you commands and desire what you promise; that among the swift and varied changes of the world, our hearts may surely there be fixed where true joys are to be found; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen. (Book of Common Prayer, collects: Contemporary, p. 219, Fifth Sunday of Lent)

Will you give a little more time for this short season to grow closer to God? Adult classes will be taught by Pastor David and Reeni, and will connect with the Great Stories of Faith sermon series that will be the focus for Lent. Come, be built up by the stories of faith that make us who we are in Christ!

Quilting group is meeting the Fellowship Hall Mondays at 9:30 am to 11 am until further notice.

Sunday school has been going well. On Easter Sunday instead of our regular Sunday school program we will have activities for the kids and an outside Easter egg hunt. Due to a numerous number of children with food allergies, we will not be filling any of the Easter eggs with candy. The eggs will be filled with stickers, silly bands, bouncy balls, erasers etc. A collection box for plastic easter eggs and prizes to fill the eggs will be set up in the fellowship hall.
Free Tax Help The free tax return preparation and free e-filing site will be open at HHUMC every Saturday from 9:00 to 4:00. The last day for tax help will be Saturday, April 7.
